12 Agency Types

Discover the 12 psychological archetypes classified by three axes: Vision (Mapping), Execution (Making), and Sustainability (Meshing). Inspired by Dan Koe's Agency Philosophy and Todd Henry's "Die Empty".

3-Axis Measurement Criteria

Mapping (Vision/Agency)

Measures whether you set your own goals or follow goals assigned by others. A high score indicates clear 'Anti-Vision' and 'Vision', while a low score indicates a 'drifting' state.

Making (Execution)

Measures the ability to convert plans into actual results. A high score means 'Shipping' ability - putting out results without fearing failure. A low score means 'execution paralysis'.

Meshing (Sustainability)

Measures learning, rest, and integration abilities to sustain creativity. Looks at connecting diverse knowledge, preventing burnout, and systems thinking.
